Each day, it seems, Classic makes progress on the road to Accreditation in April, 2014.

Accreditation = Commitment to Quality

As promised, we try to keep you in the loop as far as changes, improvements and adjustments we are making to ensure we pass our Qmentum survey in the Spring. Thank you for your participation in the employee surveys completed a few months ago.

Based on your input, we are improving Classic’s approach to training, career development and feedback. We have created and incorporated a new employee orientation. This allows us to share our culture, policies and procedure with new employees to ensure their safety and the safety of our clients. Soon to be launched, the Classic LifeCare Academy will give you access to dozens of courses. We are also creating an employee evaluation process so you can have regular feedback about the work you do. We feel all of these changes and others we are working on will make Classic LifeCare an even better place to work.

Classic LifeCare is committed to Accreditation to demonstrate our strong commitment to quality improvement and national standards of care.

Why Our Road To Accreditation Matters?

Because you can rest assured you work for an organization committed to quality and service – values Classic has always upheld. Our clients, employees and community partners will know about our commitment to quality – officially – once we become Accredited.

If you are interested in participating in the Accreditation process, please call Yvette Litterscheidt. You can contact her at 604-263-3621 to ask questions. You can also join a focus group to provide your input and better understand Classic’s mission, vision, values and culture.
