We prefer to let clients guide our service, so it suits their personality, lifestyle, and health condition. Our Healthcare Workers are specifically recruited to match client preferences. We also provide a detailed home care plan for each client and schedule regular check-in visits and telephone calls. Our goal is to help you or your loved ones to live life to the fullest!

  1. How do I organize home care with Classic LifeCare?

Please contact us to schedule homecare.

Click ‘Contact’ on our website page and select your closest branch which will display our contact information. If you contact us via email, we will schedule a phone consultation at a convenient time. During the phone consultation, we will ask about the person requesting care so we can assign a compatible caregiver. Following the phone consultation, we will arrange an in-person assessment.

  1. What is involved in the in-person assessment?

A Classic LifeCare nurse meets the individual requesting care and their family to create a home care plan that is a perfect fit for them and their situation. Each assessment begins with a personal biography that expresses their personality, history, and preferences.

We want to make sure our service isn’t defined only by a client’s health needs and condition, it includes them as a person. After the assessment, we can start scheduling their home care.

  1. How long do you have to commit to a care plan with Classic LifeCare?

You can request a one-time visit or schedule home care on an ongoing basis. We care for individuals with a variety of conditions and in a variety of settings.

  1. How do you train your caregivers?

We have a detailed employee orientation training program that all employees must complete before they provide home care. Our Clinical Nursing Team provide some practical healthcare training. We also offer continuous learning so that our staff has the most up-to-date knowledge to provide the best possible care.

  1. How do you ensure that your home care maintains a high standard?

We are proud to hold accreditation from Accreditation Canada since 2014. Accreditation Canada is an independent organization that reviews healthcare organizations in terms of quality, safety, and efficiency. Therefore, Classic LifeCare is meeting the highest national standards of excellence in home care.
