Classic LifeCare and CONNECT Communities are looking for a person who is interested in participating in the financial and operational processes of our health care companies to help drive us forward.

The Payroll/AP Coordinator will be responsible for executing the payroll functions of the groups’ businesses including internal and external reporting. You will also support additional bookkeeping functions as a secondary function. A key member of the finance team, the payroll/AP coordinator will work directly with our lead accountant to facilitate smooth execution of accounting duties and processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of payroll experience and/or official payroll designation or training. This role will suit an individual who is smart, empathetic and brings a positive attitude to our team environment.

Duties:

Responsible for preparation, reconciliation and processing of payrolls, and associated reporting. As capacity allows will also participate in other aspects of accounting such as payments and reconciliations.

The right candidate will bring their passion and talents to make sure day-to-day operations are running smoothly. They will have some experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with accounting and/or financial experience and can demonstrate proficiency in multiple computer systems including ADP-Workforce Now, Microsoft Office 365, Sage 50.
