Employee Priority Surveys will be sent out soon and we want to hear from you!

Your feedback is very important to make Classic LifeCare the best it can be for our clients and employees. All employees who complete the survey will receive one hour of pay. Simply call the Classic office as soon as you complete the survey so your hour can be recorded for the next pay period.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can come into the office to complete the survey, or call the office and we can mail one to you.

The employee survey lets us know how you’re doing, how you think we’re doing, and what suggestions you have to improve your work experience.  From this information we form an improvement action plan, which we will share with everyone. 

Last year's survey revealed:

  • 99% of employees said they are able to make suggestions to ensure the best care for their clients;
  • 92% of employees said they receive recognition for good work;
  • 81% of employees have accessed the company portal;
  • 99% of employees would recommend Classic LifeCare to their friends and families; and
  • 92% of employees are satisfied or very satisfied with their job at Classic.
