We didn’t just celebrate Classic LifeCare’s 40th birthday this year, we also celebrated a number of staff milestones. We recently recognized a number of Health Care Workers for their years of dedicated service.
Staff Milestones – 5, 10 and 15 Years:
- Celebrating 5 years are: Araceli, Gemma, Vera, Cristina, Tone, Carina, Julwant, Ragini, Arlene, Mary Jean, Romiluz, Mary Jane, Abe and Carmen C.
- Celebrating 10 years are: Divina, Virginia and Peggy.
- Celebrating 15 years are: Wilma, Maria-Grace, Carmen T., Mary Ann, Lourdes, Lydia, Linlie, Perlita, Susana and Rosa.

Lourdes, a Health Care Worker celebrating 15 years with Classic LifeCare says Classic LifeCare is the best company to work for. Her favourite part of her job is the people she works with.
“I like to help them, to do stuff with them, to walk with them,” says Lourdes. “Sometimes they like to show you their stuff and teaching you painting or knitting.”
Health Care Worker Linlie is excited to be celebrating five years with Classic LifeCare this year. Caring for people comes naturally to Linlie.
When she’s not working she likes to spend time with her family.
“I babysit,” says Linlie. “I love babysitting my nieces and nephews.”
Classic LifeCare Looks Forward To More Staff Milestones
John Sherwood, owner of Classic LifeCare, said the company was built by Health Care Workers dedicated to their clients.
“It takes a special person to do this work and I have enormous respect and appreciation for what our Health Care Workers do every day,” says John.
