Linlie, a Classic LifeCare Health Care Worker, says she loves that she still learns something new every day.
“My favourite part of the job is listening to people’s stories,” says Linlie. “I learn about their life and how they became successful. That’s why I love listening. I think it’s a good learning experience for me.”
Even after 15 years, Linlie still has to adapt and figure out how to approach different challenges.
