Parkinson's Overview | Dr. Martin McKeown - This overview of Parkinson's disease will provide an update on the current status of care for people with Parkinson's disease as well as an update on promising research.

The Neurological Effects of Exercise in Parkinson's Disease | Matthew Sacheli - In this presentation, PhD student Matthew Sacheli addresses how the brain works with exercise, how Parkinson's disease changes the brain and whether or not exercise can help repair the brain.

Health Care Planning with Nidus | Joanne Taylor - This presentation provides an overview of personal planning including making legal arrangements in the event you need assistance managing your affairs during your lifetime due to illness, injury or disability.  Personal planning can address all areas of your life - health care, personal care, legal affairs and financial affairs.

Parkinson's Yoga and Exercises | Kaitlyn Roland - This will be an interactive exercise session led by an experienced professional and a great way to wake up after lunch!
