MAAT is a brief, behavioural skills program developed for cancer survivors who self-report programs with attention and memory associated with cancer related chemotherapy.  Suitable for those who have:  had a decline in memory and attention since chemotherapy, had chemotherapy in the last two years, finished chemotherapy, no other medical condition that affects memory and attention (for example Alzheimer's, brain injury, learning disability, etc)

Many types of arthritis affect our hands, sometimes leaving them painful, weaker and making daily tasks really difficult.  Featuring Morag Crocker, Occupational Therapist, OASIS, join us for a lively and informative two hour free public health forum.  Learn how to reduce hand pain, use tools and gadgets to make daily activities easier and practice effective hand exercises.

Admission is free but donations gratefully accepted.

The main objective of this workshop is to improve your understanding of the principles of pain management and its treatments, introduce different methods to cope with chronic pain and show how to take an active role in your own pain management.  Remember: "No Pain, No Gain" doesn't apply when you have arthritis!

Our gala raises funds for priority equipment needs at Mount Saint Joseph's Hospital.

2015 is "lucky" year eight for the Scotiabank Feast of Fortune - Tapestry Foundation's signature Chinese New Year gala.  We aim to raise $500,000 to purchase a new computed tomography (CT) scanner for Mount Saint Joseph Hospital (MSJ) and bring the latest medical imaging technology to patients.  Government funding to match event proceeds will also support the equipment purchase.

Yukigassen is a Japanese sport where teams of 7 participants plan an epic 3 period snow battle and try to hit their opponents with snowballs or capture their flag.

Particpants must be 19 +.  Registration is $40/player
